Kundapura Ghee Roast Masala Dosa is a crispy dosa heavily roasted in rich ghee and flavored with a special spicy, tangy Kundapura masala paste natively originating from the coastal town of Kundapura in Karnataka. It is available as a plain (Sada) dosa or stuffed with potato masala. We tried the masala dosa and found it to be very flavourful.
