Upma

Gurudev Snacks is a small shack right in the middle of Laxmi road serving snack items like pohe, upma, sabudana khichdi, sheera etc. We tried upma in this shop and found it to be very flavourful. It is soft and fluffy with sweet-savory flavor. The texture is just right – not too dry nor too sticky. There were few pieces of peas in it which added to the taste. It would have been great if it was made in ghee, but then you can’t expect ghee at such a low price point.
