The thali provided here is a very simple basic Maharashtrian thali, but full of flavours. It consists of Maharashtrian style chapati/roti, one dry vegetable, one sabji with gravy and one amti dal, koshimbir (raita), white rice, papad and pickle. Taste is authentic traditional Puneri Brahmin-style with less oil and masala. Overall it is a satvik meal and is incredibly light and easy to digest, and very flavourful.
