Masala Dosa
This is the place to go in Pimple Nilakh if you like all south Indian food. Masala Dosa is crispy yet soft and a bit thick with golden brown color. Sambhar has a balanced taste, neither too sweet (like the typical Puneri one) nor too tangy. Coconut chutney is thick and flavorful. Staff is courteous, service is quick and sambhar and chutneys are unlimited. So don’t forget to ask for refills. You can also try Rasam Vada and Medu Vada here. Sometimes they have some good specials of the day including things like Mangalore Buns or Loni dosa. In general, the quality of food here is excellent so you can try any of the dishes. Bangalore Idli Cafe is one of the best South Indian joints in this vicinity and definitely not to be missed if you are nearby Pimple Nilakh, Wakad, Baner or Pimple Saudagar area
You can also try:
Masala Dosa, Vada and South Indian Thali at Pancha Sattva, Balewadi High Street
Thengai Poli (Tamil Puranpoli) at Sendur Saravana Bhavan, Bavdhan
Wada Sambhar at Sendur Saravana Bhavan, Bavdhan

Restaurant Description
It is a small cafe by the side of the road with covered outdoor seating (10-12 set of table/chairs), but hygiene, décor and ambience is good and is pet friendly. Price is a bit on the higher side, but worth the taste. Normally it is crowded on the weekends. Overall a great place with authentic taste and good vibes. Owners Padma & Rakesh are from Bangalore & Coimbatore. Shop opened in 2021
