Stuffed paranthas here are very unique as they are deep fried in ghee and served with 2 types of aloo sabji (one dry and one with gravy), sweet & sour pumpkin sabji, pickled carrot/radish and 2 types of chutney – sweet and sour banana imli chatni and tangy coriander chutney. Even thought the paranthas are deep fried, they do not look oily and greasy. The sabjis served with paranthas are very flavourfull and the banana imli chutney is awesome.
