Steamed Veg Momos

Burgeries is a small shop in the busy Ajmera Colony area in pimpri serving different types of momos, burgers, sandwiches, pizza and pasta. The momos are also sold under the name of Pahadi momos,

Momos here are delicious with thin and soft outer cover and flavorful, lightly spiced vegetable & soyabeen filling. Momos are served with a spicy red chutney and mayonnaise. There are different flavours of momos (plain, peri peri and cheesy) served stemed, fried or pan fried as well as different preparations (plain, tandoori, afghani, chilli, schezwan, creamy gravy & thupka). We took the simplest of them which was steamed veg momos and found them to be delicious. Unlike other places (there are momo stalls at every nook and corner now a days), the outer cover of the momos here is very thin and filling inside has vegetables as well (apart from soyabeen).
