Can Try

Masala Dosa, Vada and South Indian Thali

Pancha Sattva in Baner-Balewadi High Street Pune is a fine dining south Indian restaurant. We tried Masala Dosa and Idli-Vada and found it to be one of the best masala dosa in Baner Balewadi area

Dosa was thick, crispy and soft with a nice aroma of ghee. Sambhar had a typical south indian taste and there were 3 types of chutneys, each with its own distinct flavor. Masala Vada was also soft, crisp with a nice golden brown texture. Apart from the typical south indian snacks, this restaurant has a number of ala carta dishes (available only during dinner) and breads (appam, idiyappam, kerala parotta etc). There is also option of 2 kind of thalis available during lunch time. Pricing is a little on the higher side, but the location, ambience and service justifies it. If you are looking for one of the best masala dosas in Baner area, this could definitely be an option to consider.

If you are looking for a good south Indian joint in Baner Balewadi area, Pancha Sattva is definitely one of the best places to go. They have a great variety of south Indian dishes that one would not find in other south Indian restaurants
