This is a small thela right in front of Hamalwada ay & Park. The old kaka who makes this bhel has been there for several years dishing out the same quality bhel. Thela is available only in the evening time sometime after 5:00 pm. If you don't find the thela, just check with the shops there and you wil surely get a reply.
