Dark Chocolate & Orange Mousse Cake

A mousse cake is a light and airy dessert made by alternating layers of mousse and cake. The word "mousse" comes from the French word for "foam" and refers to the light and airy texture of the dessert.
Mousse that we tasted was heavenly with a perfect balance between the rich dark chocolate and the tangy citrus. It was rich and silky and melted in the mouth. Every bite of it was heavenly. Portion size of the dish is small and cost is high, but that is the price we suppose you have to pay for the quality you get !!
