Chole Bhature
Nagpal Chole Bhature is a famous Delhi joint established in 1999. Based in Kharadi near the EON IT park, this is its first franchise in Pune, opened in June 2024.
A signature dish of this restaurant. If you are looking for typical Delhi style chole bhature, look no further. Bhatures are thick, soft and fluffy with bits of shredded paneer sprinkeld inside. Chole is thick, soft & tangy with lot of masalas and has some diced potatoes, just like what you get in Delhi. Chole is sprinkled with lots of shredded panner (this is a bit diff from Delhi where you don’t see this). It is served with onion slices, pickle and green chutney.
Chole Bhature is one of the most popular and iconic foods in Delhi. Served in small thelas, sweetshops or large restaurants – you find them everywhere in Delhi and adjoining areas like Noida and Gurgaon. It is served in all major functions and festivals. The dish is intertwined with the Partition of India in 1947. Some say that Peshori Lal Lamba, a refugee from Lahore, introduced it to Delhi. Others say that Sita Ram, who migrated from West Punjab, sold the first plate in Delhi

I have dined at this place, and the bhaturas are not a must try, they are oily and cholas lacks a punch.
Not a must try!
