Creamy and caramalised, this baked rasgulla is heavenly and melts in the mouth.
Baked rasgulla is a different and unique version of rasgulla where the Rasgullas(Rosogolla) is baked/broiled in a thick caramelized sweet milk. Please do not have rasgulla in your mind while eating this dish as it is nowhere anything like rasgullla. Go for it if you want to try our any of the numerous tradional unique bengali sweets which you dont get in any normal sweet shop – it would be worth the try !!

BabuMoshai Misti is known for providing mouthwater bengali sweets & savouries in Khadki Cantt, Pune. It has been there for last several years now and provides a range of authentic bengali sweets, savouries & spices which you would not find in any normal sweet shop. There is no place to sit, but there are some tables put up outside the shop where you can eat. Some of the sweets (like Kesar Sandesh) are made only on the week-ends, so better to check before you do.
