Pasteur Bakery is a legendary, old-school bakery and ice cream parlor located on MG Road in Camp, Pune. It is highly celebrated for its classic soft-serve ice cream, traditional pastries, and budget-friendly baked snacks.

Softy here is velvety, rich, and distinctly old-school flavor. It tastes less processed and sugary compared to commercial brands. Unlike modern chains that use mass-produced liquid mixes or synthetic powders, Pasteur uses its own traditional dairy formulations to create a heavier, more satisfying texture. There are a variety of flavours and you could mix the flavours (a scoop of each). Chocolate Dip is their signature “dip softy” that features a thick, warm chocolate shell that instantly hardens over cold vanilla soft-serve. It delivers a distinctively loud, crunchy snap with every bite.
