Buffet is one of the most famous snack joint in Dehradun attracting huge crowd – young & old throughout the day. Although there are quite a few snack items sold here, Bread Roll is the most popular. Because of the crowd, you always get fresh hot bread rolls here. The masala inside is basically a mix of mashed potatoes & small quantity of peas. Rolls are crispy from outside and soft from inside. Despite being deep fried, it is not too oily. Spices are mixed perfectly giving it a very balanced flavour – neither too spicy nor too bland. One plate consists of 2 bread rolls, each cut into two halves which are served along with a sweet& sour chutney. Size of bread roll is big, so you can order half plate (1 roll) if you want to try other items there. There is a huge crowd in the evenings and on weekends, so be prepared to wait in the queue. There is a very limited seating space (just 2-3 tables), so you would most probably have to eat standing.
