Kulfi Rabdi Falooda

Opened few years back on the busy Rajpur road, Anandam has very quickly become a go to place for snacks ,savouries and sweets in Dehradun. Kulfi Rabdi Falooda is not to be missed if you happen to be in dehradun and have a sweet tooth. Unilike some of the other states where you get kulfi only in sticks, here it is served along with rabdi and vermicille. Anandam is one of the best places to try this sweet. Kulfi is taken out from its mould and then mixed with rabdi and 2 types of vermicelli (white and yellow, one is bland and other a bit sweet). The combination of these 3 things is divine. You can ask the amount of rabdi or vermecilli to be increased or decreased based on your preference. This dish is also available as take away, if you prefer to eat at home.
