Stuffed Fruit Kulfi

This is one of the most amazing and unique kulfi stuffed inside a fruit. There is a choice of orange, mango, apple and pomegranate. Taste of the kulfi is very unique as you get the tanginess of the fruit as well as sweetness of the kulfi inside it. Kulfi ice cream is prepared separately and then stuffed inside the fruit after scooping out the pulp, which is then refrigerated at -10 degrees temperature. The fruit is cut and sliced and served with a sprinkling of chaat masala.
