Shami kabab is a South Asian variety of kebab, composed of a shallow fried small patty of minced meat (beef/mutton/checked) with ground chickpeas & egg as binder. It originates from the Lucknow region during the Mughal rule.

We tried Chicken Shami Kababs with tandoori roti. Kababs were juicy and flavourfull with a very gently and balanced flavour. The chicken was very tender and perfectly cooked. It was served with green chutney and diced onion with lemon.
