Bhel is crunchy, crispy and spicy with lots of different types of farsaan as well as matki, onion and coriander. The bhel has 3-4 different types of farsaans (sev, bhadang, two types of chiwda, peanuts) which makes it very crunchy. Overall taste is sweet and sour with the right balance of spices
